PAYMENT
We accept American Express, Mastercard and Visa

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in time starts at 3:00pm and ends at 12:00am. If you are planning to arrive after midnight, please contact the Hotel in advance.
Early check in fee is $ 25.00 plus taxes that starts at 8:00am and it is upon availability. Check in before 8:00am will incur in the previous night rate and it is upon availability.

Check out time is at 11:00am.
Late check out available at $10.00 plus taxes per hour until 3:00pm. After 3:00pm, the entire room rate for that night will be charged and it is upon availability.

FEES AND EXTRA CHARGES

SECURITY DEPOSIT
You will be asked for a $ 100.00 USD credit card deposit at check-in, for any incidental charges. This security deposit is per room, per stay. The deposit will be a credit card authorization only and will be released after check out if no charges are incurred and it is subject to issuing bank release policy.

EXTRA PERSON
Rates are based on double occupancy (2 adults). Extra person charge is $25.00 plus taxes per night, per person. Maximum 4 adults in a room with 2 beds.
Kids 12 years old and younger stay free (Up to 2 children), when using existing bedding. Children 13 years old and older pay $25.00 plus taxes per night in existing beds.
Free cribs for infants.

ROLLAWAY BEDS
Rollaway beds are available for $15.00 plus taxes per night in the Premium Queen and Premium King guestrooms only. One rollaway maximum per room.  In the room Deluxe Double, rollaway beds are not allowed.

PARKING
No on-site parking is available. There is public street parking available at $3.00 per hour and from 3am until 9am it is free. There is also a public parking garage 3 blocks away at $8.00 for 24 hours or $1.00 per hour.
